Shipping & Delivery
Returns
We offer 365 days of free returns. The product must be in its original condition.
- Package your product and attach the return label on the exterior.
- Leave the return with the carrier specified on the return label.
- If you want to exchange your product, follow the same steps and place a new order.
Missing your return label? Send us an email at support@footway.com and we will provide a new one.
Warranty & Claims
If your product is defective or not working as expected, you can make a warranty claim. Please send an email to support@footway.com with the following:
- A photo of the defective product
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and assist you promptly with a replacement, repair, or refund.
