Shipping & Delivery

All products shown on our site are in stock and ready to be shipped. Estimated delivery times, available shipping options, and associated costs are presented at checkout before you complete your purchase. 

Returns

We offer 365 days of free returns. The product must be in its original condition.

  • Package your product and attach the return label on the exterior.
  • Leave the return with the carrier specified on the return label.
  • If you want to exchange your product, follow the same steps and place a new order.

Missing your return label? Send us an email at support@footway.com and we will provide a new one.

Warranty & Claims

If your product is defective or not working as expected, you can make a warranty claim. Please send an email to support@footway.com with the following:

  • A photo of the defective product
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and assist you promptly with a replacement, repair, or refund.
